As the Principal Broker of Jon Underhill Real Estate, Brandy is a leader with proven success in the areas of customer service, marketing, advertising, financial management, and sales. In 2022, Brandy sold more than $42 million in residential sales, earning her the designation of a top producing realtor in Little Rock.
Brandy’s journey in real estate started in October of 2000 when she purchased her first home as an investment property. Brandy credits her success to both the mentoring she received from Jon Underhill and the valuable lessons she learned through personal experience.
Brandy says, “No two real estate transactions are the same. I employ various, unique strategies to help my customers sell and buy their home, although I always employ the same professionalism, integrity, and respect. It is a privilege to help people make one of the most important decisions in their lives.” Brandy takes great pride in her work. And with proven leadership in high-pressured environments, she brings a decidedly collaborative approach to problem-solving and negotiating.
Brandy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. She was a member of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXV and currently serves as a board member for the American Heart Association. She has been a member of the Junior League of Little Rock for over a decade and was recognized in 2014 as the Member of the Year for her leadership in exceeding the non-profit’s fundraising goal for development and donor relations.
Brandy was born and raised in Arkansas and currently lives in Little Rock. She is thankful to celebrate 23 years of marriage to her husband Richard Harp; they have two children, Isabella Grace and Nicholas Whitfield. Brandy and her family are members of Saint James United Methodist Church.
